1. Return & Refund Policy

At Fluux Reactive, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 1.1 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

1.2 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

 

1.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost. Please contact us at contact@fluuxreactive.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the defect or damage
• Photos or video evidence of the issue

Once we verify the defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process your refund or replacement promptly.

 

1.4 Color Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, we are happy to accommodate this within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.
• You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new color to you free of charge.

 

1.5 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

1.6 Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or if it is returned outside the 30-day window without prior authorization.

 

1.7 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@fluuxreactive.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
