4. Shipping Policy

Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.

 

4.1 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we plan to expand in the very near future. Stay tuned!

 

4.2 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

4.3 Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

4.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

4.5 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@fluuxreactive.com.

 

4.6 Lost or Stolen Packages

Flux Reactive is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

4.7 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Fluux Reactive is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at contact@fluuxreactive.com. We will try to correct it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
